This said; by tracking the data could well indicate where we’re heading and the journey appears to the same as in 2010 comparing property sales in the Queenstown area year-to-date 2011.
The market is moving along albeit not at any great clip. Queenstown realtors aren’t laying down on the track and are out there everyday bringing buyers and sellers together.
