What’s up at Jack’s Point? Well plenty really if one considers the impressive 15 REINZ reported sales across Jack’s Point in the latest data release for the month of June (3 home sales and 12 vacant land sales). Interestingly in a recent presentation by property portal Realestate.co.nz they identified that beyond the generic ‘Queenstown’ suburb search ‘Jack’s Point’ was number two and current location focus for buyers and reflected by the unconditional sales reported last month.
